If a user has engaged significantly with the game, used in-game rewards, or accessed special features, refund eligibility will be affected. Refunds are not available for games that were downloaded, launched, and played for an extended period.
3. Refunds for Physical Game Purchases
- Refund requests must be initiated within 15 calendar days of delivery.
- Products must remain sealed in their original, undamaged packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- If a defect is reported, it must be communicated within 7 calendar days of receipt.
Used or opened physical games are only refundable if they are faulty and cannot be repaired or replaced. Games showing signs of physical damage due to customer misuse will not be eligible for refunds.
4. Downloadable Content (DLC)
- The refund is requested within 7 calendar days of the purchase date.
- None of the DLC content has been downloaded or activated.
- In-game usage of any DLC item will void the refund eligibility.

5. In-Game Purchases and Virtual Goods
- Virtual goods including in-game currency, items, passes, weapons, avatars, and boosters are typically non-refundable.

- The item was not used, consumed, or equipped.

- None of the content from the bundle has been used or downloaded.

- Items were not acquired as part of a final or promotional sale.
Partial refunds for individual components of a bundle are not provided. Using or activating even one part of the bundle may void refund eligibility.
